Jill Ze

Some people were born and raised in the jewelry industry.  Jill Ze (Zvaigzne). was born to be in the jewelry industry, even though destiny did not reveal itself until she earned her commercial art degree in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Sketchpad and pencil ever at her side, she stumbled into a part-time job selling diamonds at the retail level.  Upon discovery of her metals experience in college, the owners quickly and fortuitously put her to work on the bench as their full-time jeweler.

Jill continued to transform her drawing talent for items found in nature into fresh, exciting jewelry interpretations.

Jill's ever-present sketchpad piqued the curiosity of Jonathon Goodman Cohen, VP of the company, who couldn't resist purchasing a design on the spot.  Soon after, he made Jill an in-house designer at the I.B. Goodman Company.  "I couldn't believe my great fortune to be able to make my fondest pastime my life's work!" Jill recalls.
